Public signal safety boundary
The Vitality App does not currently publish or ingest the canonical Vitality Signals feed.
The existing website Signals workflow remains the publishing authority and Telegram remains a delivery channel. Generated output, private sources, wallets, prices, treasury actions and token actions remain disconnected from this app.
A future app integration must be read-only, provenance-preserving, correction-aware and independently disableable.
